Technology Requirements
To participate fully in the program, students must have access to a reliable device, internet connection, and basic equipment that supports live learning and online assessments.
Device
A laptop or desktop computer with working microphone and camera is required
Smartphones alone are not sufficient
Internet
A stable internet connection
Minimum 20 Mbps download / 6 Mbps upload (check my connection link)
Must support live video sessions without interruption
Access
An active email address
A modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari)
The program includes weekly live sessions and monitored assessments.
Students must be able to:
Join and participate in live video sessions
Keep their camera on when required
Maintain a stable connection throughout sessions
Some assessments are proctored and require:
Continuous webcam use
A quiet and uninterrupted environment
Technical issues during an assessment do not qualify for a retake.
All students complete a mandatory technical check during onboarding.
This ensures:
Your device and browser are compatible
Your internet connection is stable
Your camera and microphone are working
You can access and use the learning platforms
For a better experience, we recommend:
A recent laptop with at least 8 GB of memory
A strong and stable internet connection
A headset with microphone
Access to a quiet study space
A backup connection when possible
