AUI maintains a single, unitary academic record for all students enrolled in AUI Global programs. Responsibility for recording academic credit, calculating grade point averages, issuing official transcripts, and awarding degrees rests exclusively with the AUI Registrar.

AUI Global does not maintain parallel records, and external partners do not record grades, maintain transcripts, or confer credentials. AUI awards degrees under the AUI name, and official transcripts do not differentiate by delivery modality.

AUI Global connects students to career development resources, including career advising, employability workshops, and internship/WBL preparation. AUI Global integrates career readiness through advising and through program-level experiential learning design so that students receive coherent guidance on professional pathways and employer engagement.

Mental Health, Learning Support, and Disability Services

AUI Global ensures accessible course design and provides an accommodations process for AUI Global learners through AUI's Inclusion Program, which operates through the Centre for Learning Excellence (CLE).

The Inclusion Program welcomes students with documented learning disabilities and offers flexible, confidential support services tailored to individual needs. AUI Global extends the same accommodations process to distance learners, including remote consultation, documentation submission, and faculty notification procedures.

AUI Global applies AUI's Academic Honesty expectations to all learners. AUI expects complete honesty in the presentation of all coursework.

AUI Global strengthens course integrity through assessment design, plagiarism detection (Turnitin), identity verification, and secure proctoring for high-stakes assessments, while preserving accessibility accommodations and documented alternatives where appropriate.

AUI Global provides students with accessible grievance, complaint, and appeal pathways, including academic appeals and non-academic complaints.

The institution communicates procedures and timelines, documents outcomes, and uses aggregated complaint data as an input to institutional improvement and risk management. AUI Global ensures that learners can submit documentation electronically and receive written outcomes within the stated timelines.

Parity Statement

AUI Global students receive access to the same academic and student support services available to AUI students. The institution delivers these services through established University units and adapts delivery modalities to ensure reasonable access for distance education students without reducing expectations or service standards.

AUI Global students remain subject to the same standards of conduct and academic integrity that apply to AUI students. The University publishes expectations, provides integrity education through orientation and course design, and enforces standards through documented procedures that protect due process and ensure consistent application across modalities.
